PhD in Biomedical Sciences from the Université de Montréal and over 10 years of
experience in neuroscience research, clinical operations, and regulatory
strategy, she has supported multiple Phase I–IV trials with major
pharmaceutical partners. Dr. Sabir specializes in regulatory intelligence, site
start-up, and operational excellence, helping sponsors accelerate high-quality,
