Delegate Registration & Check-In
✔ Online registration is mandatory for all participants prior to the conference
✔ Delegates must carry their registration confirmation (printed or digital) for verification
✔ Upon arrival, please collect your delegate badge, conference kit, and official program from the registration desk
✔ Registered delegates will receive full access to scientific sessions, exhibition areas, networking events, and digital materials
Delegate Profile & Documentation
✔ Full name (as it should appear on badges and certificates)
✔ Institutional or organizational affiliation and professional designation
✔ Contact details and nationality
✔ Recent profile photograph for delegate listings and badge printing
Scientific Engagement & Networking
✔ Participation in keynote lectures, plenary sessions, and scientific presentations is highly encouraged
✔ Active involvement in panel discussions, workshops, and Q&A sessions
✔ Visit the exhibition area to explore innovations in pharmacology, drug discovery, and clinical trials
✔ Network with global experts, researchers, and industry professionals
✔ Hybrid/Virtual Delegates: Ensure stable internet connectivity and verify login credentials in advance
Professional Conduct & Attire
✔ Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor throughout the conference
✔ Business or smart business-casual attire is recommended
✔ Mobile phones should be kept on silent mode during sessions
Program Schedule & Updates
✔ The scientific program includes oral presentations, poster sessions, panel discussions, and workshops
✔ Program updates and schedule changes will be communicated through official digital platforms
✔ Delegates are advised to regularly check the conference app or digital program
Certificates & CME/CPD Credits
✔ All registered delegates will receive a Certificate of Participation
✔ CME/CPD credits are optional and not included in the standard registration fee
✔ Delegates opting for CME/CPD credits must complete separate registration and payment
✔ Certificates will be issued onsite or made available for download after the conference
Health, Safety & Travel Guidelines
✔ Compliance with venue safety protocols and emergency procedures is mandatory
✔ In-person delegates must carry valid identification documents
✔ International participants should arrange visas and travel approvals well in advance
