Speaker Guidelines



 Abstract, Presentation, Case Study, and Research Paper Submissions  



1. Check Eligibility & Conference Scope


-Ensure your topic aligns with the conference themes, including (but not limited to):

Pharmacology, Drug Discovery, Clinical & Translational Pharmacology, Pharmacotherapy, Toxicology, Drug Safety, Precision Medicine, Clinical Trials, Regulatory Science, and Novel Therapeutics.


2. Prepare Your Abstract

Write a clear and concise abstract summarizing your work.

 -Follow a structured format, if available, such as:

-Title, Authors & Affiliations, Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion, Biography

(Refer to the sample abstract template available on the conference website.)

-Ensure the abstract complies with the specified word limit.


3. Submission Requirements

-All abstracts must be submitted online through the official abstract submission portal.

-Submitted abstracts must be original and not previously published or presented at another conference.


4. Complete All Required Information

-Include complete details of all authors and affiliations.

-Provide accurate contact information for the presenting author.


5. Pay the Abstract Review Fee

-After submission, pay the mandatory abstract review fee promptly.

-Abstracts will be reviewed only after payment confirmation.


6. Follow Formatting & Upload Guidelines

-Use the official abstract sample/template provided on the conference website to ensure correct formatting of the title, sections, and layout.


7. Plan Ahead

-Submit your abstract well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues.


      📌 Speaker Guidelines – After Abstract Submission

1. Confirmation & Review Process
-Once submitted and the review fee is paid, your abstract will enter the scientific review process.
-The Organizing Committee and Editorial Board will evaluate submissions.

2. Acceptance Notification
-Accepted presenters will receive an official Abstract Acceptance Letter.

3. Registration
-Upon acceptance, speaker registration is mandatory to confirm your presentation slot.

4. Prepare Your Presentation
-Develop your presentation based on the accepted abstract.
-Use professional slides with large fonts, clear figures, and concise content.

5. Submit Presentation Materials
-Upload final presentation files (slides and any supplementary materials) by the specified deadline via the speaker portal or as instructed by the organizers.
6. Publishing & DOI (If Applicable)
-Accepted abstracts may be published in partner journals with a DOI.
-Any applicable publication fee must be paid to facilitate publication.

7. Logistics & Attendance
-Plan travel and accommodation if attending in person in Dubai.
-Virtual presenters should ensure stable internet connectivity.
-Review the conference program for your session date and time.

8. Session Readiness
-Arrive early (or log in early for virtual sessions).
-Be prepared to engage in Q&A discussions following your presentation.
