Biography: Essam Hamed Amin Ali is a seasoned professional with 26 years of extensive experience in the healthcare industry. He has a strong background in Joint Commission International (JCI) standards, working with reputable hospitals, and possesses expertise in quality management, hospital management, planning, and interpersonal skills. He earned his Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Quality Management in the USA in 2007, his Master’s degree in Quality Management Systems from the University of Wollongong, Australia, in 2005, and his Bachelor’s degree in Medicine from Cairo University, Egypt, in 1991. He is a member of the UAE’s Ministry of Health’s Medical Education Committee. His areas of expertise include Total Quality Management, ISO standards, the EFQM model, JCI standards, strategic planning, operations management, medical staff relations, quality assurance, change management, cross-cultural management, and continuous quality improvement. Additionally, he serves as a trainer and consultant for Joint Commission International, focusing on the accreditation of healthcare organizations.
